Hey, I'm Ali!
I am a self-taught printmaker and surface pattern designer based in Zurich, Switzerland. I am the creative force behind 3 Dotted Penguins. My work has attracted more than 70'000 followers on Instagram.
My mission? I'm here to teach you my passion for block printing and pattern design, sharing my hard-earned lessons from a complete block printing newbie in 2018 (with no previous experience) to the pattern pro I am now. Let's dive in and kickstart your block printing journey.
